Ingredients:
- 1 French baguette or Italian loaf
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the bread loaf in half lengthwise.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly over both bread halves.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Place bread on a baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley, slice, and serve warm.
