Cream Cheese Garlic Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 French baguette or Italian loaf
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the bread loaf in half lengthwise.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over both bread halves.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Place bread on a baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley, slice, and serve warm.
